Caregiving for a loved one is a journey of joy and difficulty. Join ACA Arts & Wellness ambassadors Vicki Gross (MT-BC) and Ashlee Hughes (MT-BC) as they guide you through creative ways to enhance the quality of your daily routine. In collaboration with the National Center for Creative Aging, ACA uses a series of artistic activities that focus on engaging your care partner through experiences promoting relaxation and discovery. Come learn how to connect mind, body and spirit by using the arts as a tool of self-care, social interaction, and lifelong learning. Refreshments and snacks are provided. Free, and open to caregivers and care partners. RSVP required, limited to 20 participants per session.

McLatchey, in this workshop series where poets will practice techniques for chasing away the censors that tell us what we can say or should say in our poems. Come try your hand at writing as “beginners” again, generating poems that take risks and tell truths. All levels of poets are welcome, from new to advanced. Limited to 15 participants.
