Yin Yoga for Creativity

Join Michele Benton, certified yoga instructor, and Soundwalk facilitator, Lady Eve for a unique yin yoga workshop with live music for balancing the energy centers of the body. This in-depth workshop will focus on chakra alignment, using live musical accompaniment and focused sound frequencies to open these energy points. $35 / ACA members $25. Limited to 40 participants.

Art of the Exhale II

Join Body Dialogue creator, Janice Stieber Rous to recondition and de-stress your body. This two-part series focuses on the importance of breathing correctly and building more robust health. Drawing on the modalities of Alexander technique, breathing coordination, yoga and mindfulness practices, Janice will guide you into a more expressive and expansive experience of your body. Part I November 10. Fee per workshop: $50 / ACA members $40. Limited to 15 participants.

Trees As Human Experience: Mixed Media Workshop

Come enjoy this visual and narrative mixed media art process workshop using your printed or found tree images, words, collage elements, and memorabilia. Based on either memories of trees, symbols, metaphors, or how you relate to trees in the environment through time. This workshop will include a brief session of forest bathing (shinrinyoku). $45 / ACA members $35. Limited to 12 participants.
