Janie Geiser is an interdisciplinary artist whose practice includes performance, film, and installation. Join Body Dialogue creator, Janice Stieber Rous to recondition and de-stress your body. This two-part series focuses on the importance of breathing correctly and building more robust health. Drawing on the modalities of Alexander technique, breathing coordination, yoga and mindfulness practices, Janice will guide you into a more expressive and expansive experience of your body.
