Forest bathing, also known as nature therapy, can be practiced by anyone and does not require any special equipment or skills, only a willingness to slow down and appreciate the moment. |

Art It Through9/30/2024 – 11/4/2024 This workshop is designed for those people moving through grief after a loss. Participants will engage in activities that allow for support and creative expression while navigating the stages of grief. These activities focus on play and imagination, using various types of collage, painting, sculpture, writing, movement, and music as tools to help during this difficult moment. |

Speaking with the Land10/26/2024, 10:00am – 12:00pm Atlantic Center for the Arts is proud to present Speaking with the Land, an interactive and immersive outdoor experience inspired by the environmental legacy of founder, artist and environmentalist Doris ‘Doc’ Leeper. Our main campus encompasses 69 acres of wilderness, which borders the Doris Leeper Spruce Creek Preserve, is known for its biodiversity and beauty and remains a source of inspiration for the arts. |
