Henry Salgado is a two-time James Beard Award semifinalist for the Best Chef South award for his work at the acclaimed (now closed) New Smyrna Beach restaurant, Spanish River Grill. He and his wife Michele brought the same creativity to Txokos Basque Kitchen in Orlando’s East End Market. He and his team craft menus for the Shores Resort’s in-house Azure restaurant, room service, banquets and monthly wine-pairing dinners. Jamie McFadden’s “Fresh Approach” cooking style and attention to detail are the perfect recipe for an exciting career. He was named one of Orlando’s “40 under 40” and one of Central Florida’s Top 20 Chefs by Restaurant Forum, the only caterer to do so. Recently, Jamie was inducted into the Orlando Sentinel Culinary Hall of Fame and Best Chefs in America while adding Vintner to his resume, creating “Snowbirds” Winery. Bryce’s work documents evidence of human interactions in man-made environments through first-hand observation of transient poverty culture. This data is compiled to pollinate and present diverse techniques of expression including participatory installation, voyeuristic sound and documentation through paintings and other art objects.

Woody is a writer and sculptor based in Winter Park, where he is also a renowned trial attorney, founder of braininjury.com, and founding member of the Civic Minded 5, a volunteer creative music presenting group that has been fundraising and organizing concerts since the mid-1990s.

Harry Messersmith maintains a full-service bronze and cast glass foundry and sculpture atelier in New Smyrna Beach and continues to refine his sculpture, which he describes as triangulated figures. Niurca Márquez is an artist/researcher with a wide range, as a creator and performer in film, site-specific work and staged performance. Her work has been commissioned by and presented on curatorial platforms in Europe and the US.
