This exhibition explores the tradition of the nocturne in art and presents how contemporary artists interpret this theme utilizing a range of media.

Painting, music, dance and more – kids love Summer Art Camp at Atlantic Center for the Arts! Modeled after the world-renowned artists-in-residence program at ACA, each one-week session features three classes that give kids an opportunity to explore ideas of art and culture through hands-on experiences with a variety of art forms, including paper maché, painting, photography, yoga, drumming, dance, and more.
Come explore art journaling in this class led by artist/art therapist Laura Bohn. In this workshop we explore the possibilities of adding personal and/or universal archetypes to a journal page spread. Archetypes can be used as metaphors to gain insight into personal storytelling.
The FAAE (Florida Alliance for Arts Education) Summit brings together all stakeholders in Florida Arts Education – dance, music, theatre, and visual art educators, school and district level administrators, arts supervisors, community arts organizations, teaching artists, and arts advocates with the common goal of improving, enhancing, and promoting high quality arts education in Florida.

Come play and explore with fluid watercolor painting using flowing movement and body awareness. In this class led by artist/art therapist Laura Bohn, we will begin by painting abstractly to create a space for freedom to play with the paint. If you are a beginning or more advanced watercolor painter, free yourself through the art of playing with watercolor painting and spontaneous writing and reflection.
