Hidden Orchestra – an Arts & Wellness Writing Retreat

May 2 - May 5

Discover Hidden Orchestra, an extraordinary retreat nestled within the serene confines of the Atlantic Center for the Arts. Immerse yourself in a captivating fusion of music, writing, and boundless creative expression. The writing aspect of the event is inspired by the work of the enigmatic Portuguese writer Fernando Pessoa. Pessoa, himself, was many different writers, each with their own biographical background, philosophies, style, and ultimately publications.
Embark on a transformative journey, delving into the depths of your imagination and embracing your distinct creative essence through the concept of the heteronym – your alternate creative persona. Throughout this enchanting event, indulge in an array of enriching experiences.
Engage in insightful writing instruction and discussions, as you refine your skills and nurture your artistic vision. Surrender to the mesmerizing melodies of improvised vibraphone, guiding your pen across the canvas of your thoughts with rhythmic precision.
Unwind in the embrace of tranquility amidst the breathtaking backdrop of Atlantic Center for the Arts’ idyllic New Smyrna campus.
Relish in moments of introspection within the comforts of private accommodations, thoughtfully designed to inspire and rejuvenate.
Nourish your body and soul with delicious healthy and vegan meals prepared by ACA’s talented chef, seamlessly weaving culinary delight into your immersive retreat experience.

Join us from May 2nd to May 5th for an unforgettable sojourn, where the Hidden Orchestra within your creative spirit awaits to be unleashed. Feed your mind, nourish your body, and set your creativity free amidst the harmonious symphony of artistic exploration.
