We will use a fun and intuitive watercolor and spontaneous writing process to link the perception of mind/body awareness to our aquatic environment!
We will use deep breathing as relaxation technique to focus on the water element and what water means to us both personally and collectively.
Using water as a metaphor can help participants gain insight into the connections between our personal health and the health of our immediate environment.
No experience needed as these watercolor and writing exercises are fun and intuitive and meant to help identify the link between art and wellness in our lives.
