Somatic Vibes of Gaia – Online Workshop

An afternoon of sound immersion presented by Atlantic Center for the Arts. Join Rachel Chase and Lady Eve for a nod to the five elements that move through our bodies and connect us to the living planet. A little metaphysical and a little scientific, this creative experience incorporates sound bathing, environmental sounds, and slow movement to create a complete atmosphere of elemental forces.
