Self-Compassion Collage Cards – an Arts & Wellness presentation by Rachel Chase
September 22, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Celebrate the fall equinox!
ACA Arts & Wellness Ambassador, Rachel Chase will guide a short mindfulness practice to center your mind. Make self-compassion collage cards that express compassion for life to soothe your mind and connect with your soul. Fall is the time of year when we harvest our gifts and get cozy. As we shift from summer, we can listen to our inner muse for guidance and support to keep our creative fires going. For this exercise, get some magazines, glue sticks, scissors, and any kind of paper, card stock, or matte board. You may also wish to combine drawing into your collage, so have some markers on hand too. Rachel will guide you in this fun self-exploration exercise.
