May 9, 1 PM – 2 PM | Join us LIVE on Facebook

Join artist Heather Pastor for an artful workshop of expression in a supportive space of healing. Participants will use a special technique to create an art piece that reflects emotions through color selection, a variety of papers and other media. Inside this healing composition is a handwritten message – a short thought or an emotional letter to past, present or future selves and/or the someone or thing that has been lost. This unique workshop will assist in processing feelings around grief, and lay the groundwork for hope.
