Creative Caregiving

Free, and open to everyone!
Caregiving for a loved one is a journey of joy and difficulty. Come learn how to connect mind, body and spirit by using the arts as a tool of self-care, social interaction, and lifelong learning. Each session is in person and open to 20 participants. We welcome caregivers and their care partners (CNA / HHA are also welcome).
