Caregiving for a loved one is a journey of joy and difficulty. Come learn how to use creativity and the arts as a tool of self-care, social interaction, and lifelong learning. ACA artist ambassadors will share fun, simple activities you can easily duplicate in your home with loved ones. Each session is in person and open to pairs: a caregiver and their care partner (CNA / HHA are also welcome). This program is helpful for caregivers of elders navigating the stages of dementia, Parkinson’s disease and/or mental stability.
