Creating Calm – Facebook Event

This workshop focuses on supporting your mental health through times of crisis with an activity you can do solo or with others. No experience necessary.
All you need is an open mind, some paper of any size, and pens or pencils and markers of any color. If you have other items like crayons, paints, pastels or colored paper, glue and scissors, you can use those too. Find a space to create on a table or the floor, perhaps put on some relaxing music in the background if possible, and turn off other distractions so you can be present for this process.
