Caregiving for a loved one is a journey of joy and difficulty. Come learn how to connect mind, body and spirit by using the arts as a tool of self-care, social interaction, and lifelong learning.

In person. Open to 12 participants
June 7, 14, 21, 28, then we will skip July 5th, and resume on July 12th & 19th
