Atlantic Center for the Arts Awarded 2010 National Endowment for the Arts Grant

Atlantic Center for the Arts, a world-renowned artists’ community and arts education facility, has been honored with a 2010 National Endowment for the Arts Access to Artistic Excellence Grant for $30,000.

This grant award supports interdisciplinary residencies for emerging and mid-career artists. Master artists collaborate with associate artists-in-residence in the disciplines of visual, literary, music, and performing arts.

Atlantic Center for the Arts is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3), interdisciplinary artists-in-residence community and arts education facility dedicated to promoting artistic excellence by providing talented artists an opportunity to work and collaborate with some of the world's most distinguished contemporary artists in the fields of music composition and the visual, literary and performing arts. Community interaction is coordinated through on-site and outreach presentations, workshops and exhibitions.
