Thursdays at 6:30-8 PM, February 22 – March 15, 2018 at ACA Downtown: Harris House
Keeping feelings bottle up can be uncomfortable and even unhealthy. Giving voice to your feelings is a path to wellness and often a source of powerful art. Whether you are an experienced writer with writer’s block, or are new to writing but not sure where to start, this series of workshops will find and free your creative energy. Dr. David B. Axelrod combines Chinese meditation (Chi Gong) techniques and a fifty-year career as a professional author/poet, to guide you to your creative source. Write for yourself—satisfaction and wellness—and revise to share your creations with others. While you can attend any one or more of the workshops, it is recommended that you come to them all. With practice, you can better find and focus your feelings which you may use as a personal path to wellness or to perfect and share your art.
